At Raven craft, customer satisfaction is a priority. Please review the following terms before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours but before production begins may be subject to an administrative fee. Any applicable fee will be communicated before the cancellation is processed.
Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted unless the cancellation is due to an error made by Ravencraft.
For orders cancelled after dispatch, applicable shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
In the rare event that Raven craft cancels an order because of material unavailability, a pricing discrepancy or another internal issue, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Raven craft is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, particularly for deliveries outside Bangalore. Additional delivery charges may apply where relevant.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns are accepted only when a product is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Different from the item ordered
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or video evidence.
Returned items must be unused and kept in their original packaging.
Once the product has been inspected and the claim approved, an exchange will usually be arranged within 7–15 business days.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Custom-made products
- Natural variations in handcrafted furniture
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear
- Products reported more than 48 hours after delivery
Transit Damage
All orders delivered outside Bangalore are insured.
If a product is damaged during transit, Raven craft will work with the delivery and insurance partners to investigate the claim. Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging details and other supporting information.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Raven craft.
