Orders & Cancellations

No modifications are allowed after production begins.
Order cancellations made within 24 hours qualify for a full refund.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
Payments are accepted through secure payment gateways, including cards, UPI and net banking.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery	10–15 business days
Peak or Unavoidable Delays	Up to 30 business days
Delivery Charges	Free within Trivandrum; additional charges apply elsewhere
Damage Inspection	Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 48 hours for defective, damaged or incorrect products.
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Warranty & Repairs

Warranty coverage applies to eligible manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage or misuse.
Post-warranty repairs are chargeable.

Limitation of Liability

Raven Craft Furniture is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages caused by product misuse, improper handling or failure to follow the provided care instructions.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, images, graphics and written materials belong to Raven Craft Furniture. Copying, reproducing or using this content without prior permission is prohibited.
