Order Reconfirmation

After placing a custom-made order, you must reconfirm all details, including the size, finish, material and layout, before we begin processing. This helps prevent production discrepancies and delays.

Raw Material Procurement

Procurement begins within 2 business days of order reconfirmation.
If the selected raw materials are unavailable, we will contact you promptly and suggest suitable alternatives to minimise any impact on the timeline.

Manufacturing Timeline

Pre-Dispatch Verification

Before dispatch, our sales executive will contact you for final confirmation of the product specifications and delivery preferences. This step helps ensure that your order is fulfilled exactly as expected.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks from dispatch.
Peak Seasons or Delays: During periods of high demand or unforeseen logistics delays, delivery may take up to 6 weeks. You will be informed in advance of any significant delay.

Above Ground + 4 Floors	₹500 + ₹250 per additional floor

General Conditions & Support

Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations requested after this period may attract charges based on the procurement or production status.
